  • Free delivery - up to 3 days for delivery, our aim is to always get the product to you as quickly as we can
  • Next Working Day Delivery (order before 12pm) - £7.50

 

We use our fleet of electric vans (London), DPD or Royal Mail for all our deliveries.

We’ve chosen DPD for our medium and large sized orders as they share our sustainability goals & are working towards carbon neutrality across the whole of the UK.

Unwanted items

We really hope you love your purchase from Tannas but if you’re not completely happy - don’t fret. We offer returns or exchanges up to 14 days on all our products that are unused and are still in their original packaging. You are responsible for the postage cost for change of mind returns.

 

Damaged/Faulty on Delivery

Please contact us if your product arrives damaged/faulty within 48 hours for us to coordinate your exchange or refund. We will cover the cost of the postage if after testing we have verified it is faulty.

 

During product warranty period

Where applicable our warranty is in line with the manufacturer of your item. This does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
