We really hope you love your purchase from Tannas but if you’re not completely happy - don’t fret. We offer returns or exchanges up to 14 days on all our products that are unused and are still in their original packaging. You are responsible for the postage cost for change of mind returns.
Damaged/Faulty on Delivery:
Please contact us if your product arrives damaged/faulty within 48 hours for us to coordinate your exchange or refund. We will cover the cost of the postage if after testing we have verified it is faulty.
During product warranty period:
Where applicable our warranty is in line with the manufacturer of your item. This does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
